Alternative working arrangements
If your usual premises become unusable, fire, flood, a utility outage, can staff still work? Organisations with genuine remote working capability, and systems hosted in the cloud rather than tied to a single physical office, generally recover from a facilities disruption far faster than those that can't function outside one specific building.
This doesn't mean every organisation needs a fully staffed alternate office on standby. It means deliberately thinking through: if this specific building were unavailable tomorrow, what would actually stop critical work from continuing, and is that a risk worth addressing now, before it happens.
