Use approved tools
Use only the AI tools your organisation has specifically sanctioned for work use, rather than whichever free consumer tool happens to be convenient. Enterprise and business agreements typically include contractual data protection terms, audit rights, and sometimes regional data residency guarantees that a personal free account simply doesn't have.
If you're unsure whether a tool is approved, or whether a particular use case is appropriate, ask before using it, rather than assuming it's fine because the output would be useful. This is exactly the kind of judgement call that's much cheaper to get right in advance than to fix after the fact.
