4. Using AI well at work

Disclosure and transparency

Where your organisation's policy, a client agreement, or professional obligations require it, be transparent when AI has materially contributed to a piece of work, particularly anything external-facing like client deliverables, published content, or formal reports.

This isn't about disclosing every use of a spell-checker-equivalent tool. It's about not letting a reader reasonably assume something was entirely human-researched and human-written when AI did a substantial share of the drafting or research, especially where accuracy or authorship genuinely matters to how the output will be used or trusted.
